I’ve spent my career helping people bring order to complexity.
For nearly two decades, that meant producing large-scale events, leading hospitality sales teams, and managing countless moving pieces where every detail mattered. Professionally, organization was my superpower.
At home, it looked very different.
Like many families, ours has navigated ADHD, neurodivergence, executive function challenges, and the realization that traditional organizing advice simply doesn’t work for every brain. The more I learned, the more I realized the goal isn’t creating picture-perfect spaces. It’s creating systems that support the way you think, live, and function.
That realization became The Everyday Edit.
Carlie Crooms has spent nearly two decades in hospitality, destination marketing, and hotel sales, building her career around one idea: people come first. Partnering with meeting planners and event professionals, she earned a reputation for anticipating needs and making even the most complex details feel effortless, work her peers recognized when they named her Allied Member of
At home, she learned the same lesson in a different language.
As the mother of a neurodivergent son, Carlie knows firsthand that every brain works differently. That understanding is what drew her to The Everyday Edit, where she builds calm, judgment-free systems designed around the people who actually live in the space.

Keira Crooms - Business Operations

I've spent my career helping people bring structure to work that matters.
I started in an elementary school classroom, then spent years behind the scenes of online businesses as an Online Business Manager, and operations consultant. Different rooms, same job: figure out what's actually happening, then build something that holds it.
What I've learned is that most people don't simply need more organization. They need organization that fits. The system has to match how the work really moves, or it gets abandoned by week three and everyone quietly decides they're the problem.
They're not. The system was.
So I build the operations here to fit the business as it actually is. Onboarding, workflows, communication, delivery. Structure you don't have to fight.
